The Crawford School of Public Policy presented the HW Arndt Lecture on 10 September 2019 at the Molonglo Theatre. The Lecture was given by Mr Takehiko Nakao, President of the Asian Development Bank, and hosted by Professor the Hon Gareth Evans AC QC, Chancellor, The ANU.

Mr Nakao looked at economic growth in Asia and the Pacific and the increasing prominence of this region’s contribution to world growth.
