Samuel is a PhD fellow at ACDE, Crawford School of Public Policy, ANU. Prior to this, he received his MA degree in Development Studies (Specialization in Economics of Development) from International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands in 2011 and his BA degree in Economics from Jimma University, Ethiopia in 2007. Samuel currently works as teaching and research assistant at ANU.
